How To Book

To book your home euthanasia appointment, you can either:

1. Complete the "Home Euthanasia Request Form" below.
2. Call 07767350967
3. Send a message either by Text/WhatsApp (07767350967), or via our social media pages (Instagram or Facebook)
4. Email - overtherainbowbridgevet@gmail.com

You will be given a dedicated slot with plenty of time for the process to take place.

Prior to the act of euthanasia, a consent form will need to be signed, which agrees to the procedure of home euthanasia of your pet. This will be the only paperwork that needs to be done.

Payment is normally taken in advance of your appointment. This is to avoid the stress of payment at an already stressful time.

Normal Operating Hours

Monday & Tuesday: 9am till 9pm
Wednesday to Saturday: 9am till 7pm
Out of Hour (OOH) appointments (hours outside of the above working hours) are available upon request. Again, please call or message to discuss. Note - OOH appointments are subject to an OOH charge
